The most common thing I see with golfers and their tempo when they’re on the putting surface is when they bring the putter back it’s very short and slow.


That causes the need for a high accelerated and long forward stroke. When a player has that pattern, it takes the feel out of the putter head. What I’d like you do is focus on building up a bit more power on the backswing, and slowing down into the ball on the downswing. Here’s a drill to help that.
